Policy Management

Extending your policy
Policies can be easily extended by paying the difference in premium. You may extend your policy before you depart or while you are on your trip. We must receive your request to extend cover prior to the original expiry date.
To extend your policy while you're away simply reply to the policy email we sent you when you purchased your policy and tell us your new return date, we will then advise you the cost for the extension and when you're ready to go ahead we can charge the credit card you used to purchase the policy.
Making changes to your policy
Amendments can be made to your policy anytime prior to commencement of your trip.
Cancellations
Policies may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days from the purchase date provided you have not started your journey and do not want to make a claim or to exercise any other right under the policy.
