  1. Can a policy holder's family or friend make enquiries for the policy holder?

    Family or friends of the policy holder can only make specific enquiries or changes to their policy IF they are listed as an authorised 3rd party.

    If the family or friend is not listed on the policy as an authorised 3rd party, they can only make a general enquiry. We would not be able to give them information specific to the policy holder or make any changes to the policy at their request.

    You can nominate for a family/friend to be an authorised 3rd party who can make enquiries and changes to your policy. Send us an email at or call us on 1300 409 322 to nominate an authorised 3rd party.
