  1. How long is my quote valid for?

    Our quotes are guaranteed for 48 hours. After this time, our prices can be subject to change.

  2. How do I get a 12 month quote?

    You can go on our website (https://fastcover.com.au) to get a 12 month quote.

    Enter the dates of travel for either a Single trip policy, or if you are planning on travelling multiple times within a 12 month period and are aged 64 years and under, you can get a quote for a Frequent Traveller Saver policy.

  4. I've lost my quote, how do I get it back?

    If you have the quote number, just enter your quote number on our homepage to retrieve your quote.

    If you don't have the quote number just re-enter your trip details and a new quote will be created for you.

  5. We're travelling as a group, how do we get a quote together?

    Send us an email at info@fastcover.com.au or call our travel specialists on 1300 409 322 with the details of your trip and current ages of travellers and we'll be able to put together a quote for your whole group.

  6. I have a quote but I can't see what the excess is?

    For policies purchased BEFORE you have departed Australia:
    The Standard Excess is $200. You can choose to reduce the Standard Excess to $100 or $0 for an additional fee. It may also depend on the section of the policy you make a claim under.

    For policies purchased AFTER you have already left Australia:
    The excess for already overseas policies is $500. It is NOT possible to reduce or remove this excess.

    Medical Excess:
    For travellers aged 80 - 89, a $2,000 medical excess applies for all claims arising from, related to or associated with an injury or sickness.
    For travellers aged 90 - 99, a $5,000 medical excess applies for all claims arising from, related to or associated with an injury or sickness.
    It is NOT possible to reduce or remove the medical excess for travellers aged 80 and over.
