Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is conducted by Fast Cover Pty Ltd (ABN 98 143 196 098) located at Level 33, 264 George Street, Sydney New South Wales 2000, contactable on 1300 409 322
2. Entry into the Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST 1st August 2013 and closes at 11:59pm AEST 31st August 2013 (Promotion Period).
3. The Promotion is open to all Australian residents, over the age of 18 who purchase a Fast Cover travel insurance policy (Policy) during the Promotion Period (Policy Holder). This Promotion is not open to any employees or family members of employees of Fast Cover Pty Ltd or its related companies or any person who purchases a Policy and then subsequently cancels that Policy (Ineligible Persons).
4. A policy may be purchased through the Fast Cover Website - https://fastcover.com.au, via the customer service number - 1300 409 322 or via a posted application.
5. The Promotion is to give away 31 Samsonite Luggage Pieces (Firelite 55cm Spinner – Charcoal colour) to Policy Holders, each worth $499.00 (Prize). The total value of all Prizes for this Promotion is AUD$ 15,469.00. A Prize will be drawn for each day in August (Daily Draw), with a total of 31 Daily Draws to be made for the entire Promotion Period.
6. All Daily Draws will be made at 12:00pm AEST with the first Daily Draw starting on Friday, 2 August 2013 and the last Daily Draw being made at 12:00pm AEST 2 September 2013. All Daily Draws will be made at the office of Fast Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by drawing an entry from a barrel (Winner).
7. Each Policy Holder will automatically be entered into the Daily Draw for the day they purchase a Policy during the Promotion Period, which will be drawn on the next business day. For example, a Policy Holder who purchases a Policy on 5th August 2013 will go into the Daily Draw which is drawn on 6th August 2013.
8. If a Policy Holder purchases a Policy on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or New South Wales public holiday during the Promotion Period, the Daily Draw will occur on the next business day in New South Wales.
9. A Policy Holder will not be entered into any subsequent Daily Draws (unless they purchase another Policy on a different date during the Promotion Period).
10. The Winner for each Daily Draw will be notified by telephone and email by writing within 48 hours to confirm when the Prize will be delivered. The Prize will be posted via Australia Post to their nominated address no later than 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
11. Any Winner who cannot be contacted either by telephone or email within 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (i.e. by 30th November 2013) will forfeit their right to the Prize and that Prize will be re-drawn using the list of Policy Holders (excluding the Winner and any Ineligible Persons) who had purchased a Policy on the same day. This redraw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEST 2nd December 2013 at the office of Fast Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by selecting a random entry from a barrel.
12. If a Winner of a Daily Draw is or becomes an Ineligible Person, their Prize will be re-drawn using the list of Policy Holders (excluding the Ineligible Persons) who had purchased a Policy on the same day. This redraw will be conducted at 12:00pm AEST 2nd December 2013 at the office of Fast Cover Pty Ltd in Sydney and the winner will be chosen randomly by selecting a random entry from a barrel.
13. Winners of any re-draws to be conducted on 2nd December 2013 will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing by email within 48 hours to confirm delivery of their Prize. The Prize will be delivered by Australia Post to their nominated address, no later than 14 days after the re-draw occurs. Winners of re-draws that cannot be contacted within 3 months of 2nd December 2013 will forfeit their Prize.
14. All Winners of the Promotion will have their name published on the Fast Cover Pty Ltd website https://fastcover.com.au on the day after the end of the Promotion Period. The names of all Winners of the Promotion will also be published in The Australian on 8th September 2013.
15. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Policy Holder and Fast Cover Pty Ltd with respect to the Promotion. These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable State or Territory laws regarding trade promotion lotteries.
