Cover Types
You can choose one of the following cover types:
| Single | Covers traveller and their Dependants travelling with them. Limits apply to the combined total of all claims made by the travellers (including Dependants) listed on the Certificate of insurance. |
| Duo | Covers traveller and another person they are travelling with on the same itinerary for at least 75% of the Trip who is listed in the Certificate of insurance. No cover is provided for Dependants. We issue one Certificate of insurance, however, both persons have cover as if they are each insured under separate Policies with Single benefit limits* per insured person. * Except for Benefit 19: Rental Vehicle Excess |
| Family | Covers traveller and their spouse or partner or son and daughter who are travelling together for at least 75% of the Trip itinerary, and Dependant children travelling with at least one of the adults listed on the Certificate of insurance for 100% of the person travelling’s itinerary. Dependant children may be the relevant adult’s children or grandchildren. The benefit limits for Family Policies are equal to double the Single Policy benefit limit (except for as listed below) and apply to the combined total of all claims made by the travellers (including Dependants) listed on the Certificate of insurance. The benefit limit is not doubled for the following benefits and optional covers: |
