Sarah is a morning person, with the 3am calls from the emergency assistance providers asking for cover and urgent payments to overseas hospitals are tough, she likes working under pressure in high tense situations and can really empathise with customers who find themselves in a tricky situation while on their trip. She is a people person and will go over and beyond to ensure the insured is well communicated with and looked after. With her experience, she can really support Fast Covers' approach to simplifying the claims process. She likes meeting and speaking with customers about their good and bad travel experiences. She is well travelled, 25 countries and not stopping anytime soon. Obviously, she needs to keep travelling as this is ‘research’ for her role in Travel insurance.
