I have been charged for accidentally damaging the benchtop in the apartment that I rented. Can I claim?

You can submit a claim, and cover under the Personal Liability benefit will be assessed depending on the circumstances. It will be assessed to see if there is any legal liability you have to pay because of a legal claim against you because of the event.
