What if I decide to extend my trip and my travelling companions return home?
If you are both travelling on a Duo policy and one traveller decides to return home while the other extends their trip, a new policy will need to be issued for the traveller who continues travelling. This ensures they remain covered for the extended dates. An additional premium may apply depending on the new travel dates and circumstances.
The cover for the companion who returns home will end on the Return Date listed on their Certificate of Insurance, or when they permanently return home, whichever comes first.
