Will travel insurance cover trip cancellation for any reason?
No, travel insurance does not cover cancellation for any reason.
For example: If you are unexpectedly sick and the doctor can confirm that you are unable to travel, you may be able to claim for the cancellation costs. If you just change your mind and choose not to travel, you would not be able to claim for cancellation costs.
