1. The promotional period (“Promotional Period”) for this promotion commences 12.01am AEST 13/05/2024 and ends 11.59pm AEST 31/07/2024.
2. The total prize pool value is $10,000 and a maximum prize value of $10,000 per draw.
3. Taking part in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The Promoter is Fast Cover Pty Ltd, trading as Fast Cover, ABN 98 143 196 098, AFS Licence 538708 (Fast Cover), 11/74 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, phone number 1300 409 322, fastcover.com.au (“the Promoter”),
5. Entry is only open to residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or older, as of the date of entry (“Eligible Persons”).
6. The directors, officers, management and employees of the Promoter, its related bodies and associated agencies and companies, contractors or associated individuals and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse or domestic partner, ex- spouse or ex-domestic partner, de-facto spouse or ex-de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
7. To enter the promotion, Eligible Persons must during the Promotional Period get a quote on fastcover.com.au and email the quote to themselves or via phone and provide their email address for the quote to be emailed to themselves or purchase any Fast Cover travel insurance policy. Once any of these steps have been completed we will enter you in the competition automatically.
8. Multiple entries are permitted.
9. One Eligible Person will receive one entry into the promotion for each emailing of a quote or policy purchase.
10. Entrants may only enter this promotion in their own name.
11. The promotion will be comprised of one draw with a $10,000 prize value.
12. The prize for each draw is a AUD $10,000 voucher at Maxim’s Travel Pty Ltd trading as M Holiday, Level 8, 50 Margaret Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 and subject to their Terms and Conditions. A proposed itinerary for two people to Bali will be provided including return flights, accommodation, activities and a prepaid travel card. The winner reserves the right to accept the proposed itinerary or request an alternative itinerary using the voucher. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred from M Holiday to any other entity.
13. The Eligible Person will be entered into the draw which corresponds to the ‘Draw Period’.
14. The time of quote and/or purchase will in each case be the time the Promoter records the quote and/or policy entitling an Eligible Person to enter the draw.
15. Policy amendments (extensions) will not constitute an additional entry into a draw.
16. If the policy entitling an Eligible Person to enter a draw is cancelled before the draw is conducted, the entry will be removed from the draw and will be ineligible to be considered in the draw.
17. The winner of the draw will be drawn by random electronic selection at Fast Cover, 11/74 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000 at 12.00pm AEST on the Draw Date 02/08/2024.
18. If a prize remains unclaimed by the winner 3 months after the Draw Date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted by random electronic selection at Fast Cover, 11/74 Castlereagh Street, New South Wales 2000 at 12.00pm AEST on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date 01/11/2024.
19. All winners will be notified by email to the email address as notified to the Promoter on the quote or policy entitling them to entry into the Draw, within 7 days of the Draw Date. The winner will also be announced online at fastcover.com.au within 7 days of the Draw Date for a period of no less than 30 days. 
20. Subject to these terms and conditions, the prize value will be arranged with M Holiday, and the winner notified in writing via email with the instructions on how to redeem the prize within 28 days, following the draw.
21. The trip must be booked with M Holiday prior to 31/07/2025 for travel to be completed by 31/07/2026.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request that winners provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide proof suitable to the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
23. In the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or has breached these terms and conditions the Promoter reserves the right not to pay to that entrant or to conduct a redraw.
24. If for any reason the winner does not take / redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) within the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited by the winner and an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted in accordance with Clause 18 above.
25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
26. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters, subject to applicable State and Territory legislation, and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
27. If this promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated or is interfered with in any way due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to, subject to the relevant State and Territory legislation, to:

(a) cancel, terminate modify or suspend the promotion, where the Promoter deems appropriate; or

(b) disqualify any entrant.

28. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this promotion. Any entrant disqualified under this clause is prohibited from any further participation in the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
29. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity.
30. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winner will not be entitled to any fee or other gratuity for such use.

32. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct this competition and to contact you regarding the products and services you have purchased. 33. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of providing a prize to the winners. Fast Cover may use the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of providing a prize to the winner and will handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at fastcover.com.au/privacy. Fast Cover’s Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how these complaints will be dealt with. Fast Cover may also disclose entrants’ personal information to third parties who provide database and technology services to Fast Cover.
