$500 Social Media Giveaway

1. The promotional period (“Promotional Period”) for this promotion commences at 10.00am AEDT on 22/02/2026 and ends at 10.00am AEDT on 28/02/2026. 
2. The total prize pool value is AUD $500. There is one (1) prize available with a maximum prize value of AUD $500. 
3. Taking part in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions by entrants; and confirmation by them that they are satisfying these terms and conditions. 
4. The Promoter is Fast Cover Pty Ltd, trading as Fast Cover, ABN 98 143 196 098, AFS Licence 538708, Level 11, 74 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, phone number 1300 409 322, fastcover.com.au (“the Promoter”). 
5. Directors, officers, management, employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, associated agencies, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse or domestic partner, ex-spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister, or first cousin. 
6. To enter, Eligible Persons must during the Promotional Period complete one or more of the following actions on the official Fast Cover giveaway post on the relevant social media platform: 
   • Follow Fast Cover on TikTok and comment on the official giveaway post with their favourite travel emoji to receive one (1) entry: https://www.tiktok.com/@fastcovertravelinsurance/video/7601031035576519954; OR 
   • Follow Fast Cover on Facebook and comment on the official giveaway post with their favourite travel emoji to receive one (1) entry: https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1C6RF1nN8h/ 
   • Follow Fast Cover on Instagram and comment on the official giveaway post with their favourite travel emoji to receive one (1) entry: https://www.instagram.com/p/DUb5FhYj2NP/; OR 
7. A maximum of three (3) entries per person is permitted, limited to one (1) entry per platform as listed in point number 7. Multiple comments on the same platform will not result in additional entries. Entrants must complete both the follow and comment actions on the same platform for the entry to be valid. 
8. The promotion will be comprised of one draw from all the entries from the three platforms. One (1) winner will be selected by random electronic draw conducted by the Promoter using an independent random selection tool in Sydney on 06/03/2026 (“Draw Date”). 
9. The winner will receive one (1) AUD $500 gift card. The specific gift card provider will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law. 
10. The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered within seven (7) business days of the Draw Date.  
11. The winner must respond and accept the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. 
12. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on each person who enters, subject to applicable legislation. No correspondence will be entered into re this matter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or corrupted entries. 
13. If this promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated or is interfered with due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or disqualify any entrant. 
14. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in unlawful or improper conduct that jeopardises the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. 
15. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Entrants release Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook from any liability associated with this promotion by entering this giveaway. 
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from the prize. Independent financial advice may be sought by the winner if tax implications arise from accepting the prize due to the winner’s personal financial circumstances. 
17. Permit requirements: This promotion is a game of chance. Based on the current prize value of AUD $500, permits are not typically required in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, or the Northern Territory. Entrants from Western Australia are excluded unless a permit is obtained prior to the commencement of the promotion. If regulatory requirements change, the Promoter reserves the right to obtain permits as necessary.

1. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct this promotion and contact entrants regarding the prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at fastcover.com.au/privacy. 
2. The Promoter may disclose personal information to third parties including prize suppliers and technology providers for the purpose of administering the promotion.
