Can I make a claim and also change the dates of my trip?
No, you can’t do both. Once you have made a claim under your policy, you are not able to change the period of cover (your travel dates).
If you simply need more time away and haven’t made a claim, you may be able to apply for an extension of cover before your policy ends. An additional premium may apply, and approval will depend on the terms of your policy.
Cover is always subject to the policy terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions outlined in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
