How do I make a travel insurance claim?
If your policy was purchased on or after 15 August 2022:
Click the 'Make a Claim' button at claims.fastcover.com.au
Enter your first name, last name and policy number.
Choose whether to receive your verification code via SMS or email, then enter your verification code.
Select 'Make a Claim' in your dashboard.
Enter all details in relation to the event which led to your claim.
Submit your claim.
We'll aim to process your claim within 10 business days of receiving your completed form and all supporting documentation. If we need more information or additional time, we'll let you know in writing within 10 business days.
If your policy was purchased before 15 August 2022:
Download and complete our claim form.
Fill in the required details.
Attach any supporting documentation.
Email your completed form to claims@fastcover.com.au.
We'll aim to process your claim within 10 business days of receiving your completed form and all supporting documentation. If we need more information or additional time, we'll let you know in writing within 10 business days.
