What happens if I or anyone on my policy breaches the duty to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation?
If you or anyone listed on your policy does not take reasonable care in answering our questions, or fails to inform us of any changes, you may breach your duty.
If this occurs, your policy may be cancelled, treated as if it never existed, or any claim you make may be denied or not paid in full.
For more information, refer to the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
