In the event of an incident, you should follow the guidelines below:

  1. Contact our 24/7 Emergency Assistance team as soon as practically possible.
  2. For damage, loss or theft of your personal effects or luggage, report the incident to the local authorities within 24 hours (if this is not possible, report to your hotel, airline, cruise company, etc) and obtain a copy of the report.
  3. Submit your claim within 30 days of your return.
