What happens now?

Step 1

A travel claims specialist will review the information you have submitted as fast as we can and within 10 business days. 

Step 2

We will be in touch with you if we need to clarify any information you have provided or we require further information from you.

Step 3

As long as further information isn’t required, we’ll notify you of our decision about your claim by email within 10 business days or by post.
