Thank you, your claim has now been submitted.

What happens now?

In the next 48 hours

We will do an initial review of your claim and assign a travel claim specialist to assess your claim. At this time you will also get an email advising you of your claim number.

In the next 10 business days

Within 10 business days, your travel claims specialist will review the information you have submitted and if no further information is required, your claim will be finalised and passed to a claims manager for final review.

If we need we need extra information or need to clarify the information you have provided we will contact you by phone or email.

Outcome and payment

We’ll notify you of the outcome of your claim by email. This will happen within 10 business days of all the information we need being received.
