  1. Am I covered on a Multi Trip Policy if I'm 59 but my partner/spouse, who will be travelling with me is 63?

    You can purchase a Multi Trip Policy if you are 59 years of age or younger. However, if your partner/spouse is over 59 years of age they will NOT be covered under your Multi Trip Policy and will have to obtain their own separate cover.

  5. Am I covered for Cancellation if I am in the Armed Forces (army/navy/air force) and are recalled to work unexpectedly?

    Yes, we have special provisions in place for trip Cancellations for members of the Australian Armed Forces where their pre-arranged leave is cancelled by their employer. However, if you have bought a policy where there was a high expectation of you being recalled, you may not be covered.
