Example Incidents~

Dave’s Damaged Device

After travelling from the United Kingdom to Germany for business, Dave was dismayed to find his laptop computer had been damaged during the flight. Even though he had taken reasonable steps to safeguard the laptop by stowing it in the overhead luggage compartment in a protective case, the screen was badly cracked. After returning home, he submitted an online claim with photos and supporting documentation from the airline and was compensated $775 AUD by his Fast Cover travel insurance policy.

Colin's Unlucky Trip to Vegas

Colin, a 57-year-old from Fremantle, suffered chest pains on his two-week holiday in Las Vegas and was rushed to hospital where he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit with a severe respiratory tract infection. Colin’s hospital bill, three extra nights accommodation for recovery, and change of flight expenses added up to over $16,000 AUD but were thankfully covered by his Fast Cover travel insurance policy.

Traveller Testimonials

Impressed

The insurance was easy to purchase online while easily able to compare different policies which were also reasonably priced. In addition, there were options of the excess you wish to pay should you need to make a claim. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I will purchase with them again for sure.

Great prompt service

Very helpful. I received updates and was very pleased how quickly and efficiently my claim was processed. We plan to travel again and would use Fast Cover again.

No fuss!

A number of times we have used Fast Cover for our overseas trips, and it is always easy and no hassle to book a policy. Their questions are straightforward and direct, and there is no ambiguity as to what is or isn't covered. We did unfortunately have to make a claim a few years ago, as we were delayed departing because our daughter returned from a trip with an illness that hospitalised her. There was no delay in getting a refund for our lost portion of our trip once our documentation was verified.
